Rustic Romance – a styled shoot inspired by the free-spirited

Welcome to the Aphelion Events blog! What better way to introduce you to our work, than with a styled shoot? We recently collaborated with a talented bunch of wedding specialists to create a bohemian inspired rustic shoot that oozes romance and all things eclectic!

It’s the start of a hectic wedding season and, to get our creative juices flowing, we styled the Holmfirth Vineyard in West Yorkshire back in February. Yes, February! We could be fooled by the lush green rolling hills and clear blue skies, too. The weather was certainly on our side (if a little windy) for this photoshoot and boy are we glad?! The contrast of the Yorkshire hillside with the colourful textures throughout this shoot has given us all the feels – definitely a great start to SS19!

We love how personal weddings are. Each and every single one is different, so we’re ecstatic that our brides and grooms are challenging convention with a relaxed and more fun approach to their wedding day. And, since it’s been revealed that wedding laws are about to get less strict to accommodate a growing demand for wedding ceremonies held outdoors and in unique or temporary spaces – the world is soon to be your oyster where planning is concerned.
